INGREDIENTS:
- 3 tbsp Grass Fed Butter
- 4-6 Cups or Sprouted Brown Rice Crisps
- 1 Package of Marshmellows
- 1 scoop of Collagen
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Spray the pan with avocado oil to prevent sticking.
- Melt 3 tbsp of butter in the pan, then add the marshmallows.
- Slowly melt the marshmallows on medium-high heat and stir constantly until the whole time
- Once melted, add the rice crisps and collagen. Continue to stir constantly until it is all mixes
- Scoop it all out of the pan and put it in an 8x8 pan
- Spray your hands with the avocado oil and press the mixture into the pan. This will prevent sticking onto the hands.
