PROTEIN RICE KRISPY TREATS

Are you looking for a snack that satisfies your sweet tooth without derailing your health goals? Look no further! These protein-packed rice crispy treats are here to save the day. (And your cravings!)

INGREDIENTS:

    • 3 tbsp Grass Fed Butter
    • 4-6 Cups or Sprouted Brown Rice Crisps
    • 1 Package of Marshmellows
    • 1 scoop of Collagen

    INSTRUCTIONS:

    1. Spray the pan with avocado oil to prevent sticking.
    2. Melt 3 tbsp of butter in the pan, then add the marshmallows.
    3. Slowly melt the marshmallows on medium-high heat and stir constantly until the whole time
    4. Once melted, add the rice crisps and collagen. Continue to stir constantly until it is all mixes
    5. Scoop it all out of the pan and put it in an 8x8 pan
    6. Spray your hands with the avocado oil and press the mixture into the pan. This will prevent sticking onto the hands.
