Hey Babe!
For starters, I am so happy you are here.
A little about me, I have been an athlete my entire life. I was a competitive swimmer for 13+ years, so my love for sports and fitness is deep rooted. After high school I decided to start competing in IFBB (International Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness) bikini figure competitions. Here is where I really began to dive deep into expanding my knowledge of strength training and nutrition.
After several years I realized the havoc these extreme diets and fitness approaches were having on my body and my mind, and decided to pivot towards finding a more sustainable and balanced lifestyle. I went on to discover my passion for group fitness, and sharing my knowledge and love for movement with others. The journey to where I am today did not come without its trials, I experienced many highs and lows, body image dysmorphia, toxic relationships with food and fitness, and low self esteem and confidence. All of this only fueling my desire to find balance even further.
Today, I am my happiest, healthiest, strongest, truest self. My life is dedicated to helping women become the healthiest versions of themselves, unlock the confidence and strength they already have within them, change their perspective towards fitness to one of celebration, not punishment, inspire them to know anything is possible, and guide them along the way, all while having the literal BEST time.

With a background in sports, acrobatics, and tumbling, Megan's passion for staying active has evolved into a commitment to maintaining strength and mobility through Pilates.
Her sessions are designed to offer a personalized approach, focusing on alignment, breath control, and mindful movement. By tailoring each workout to meet the unique needs and goals of her clients, Megan ensures that every session is both effective and enjoyable.Her approach fosters a positive, uplifting environment where clients can develop a sustainable fitness routine that seamlessly integrates into their daily lives. Coach Chelsea
Born and raised in Southern California, Chelsea's love for fitness and sports started at an early age. She began competitive swimming at just 4 years old and water polo at 8, ultimately continuing her athletic career through college. After her time as a collegiate athlete, Chelsea sought a workout that could replicate the endorphin high of her pool days while fostering the sense of community she loved.
With over 5 years of experience teaching group fitness and currently a Senior Master Instructor, Chelsea brings unmatched expertise and energy to her Rhythm & Reps Short Sweat classes. Her sessions are designed to challenge, energize, and inspire, all while creating a positive environment where you can show up as your authentic self, take up space, and connect with the Uplift community.
Expect a dynamic playlist with something for everyone—deep house, electronic dance, rock, EDM, hip-hop, and of course, a little Rufus Du Sol (her all-time favorite artist). Her extensive background in business strategy, operations, sales, and marketing makes her a pro at creating scalable systems that allow Uplift to run like a well-oiled machine. Whether she’s crafting creative campaigns, optimizing processes, or aligning every detail with the bigger picture, Mia’s work ensures Uplift remains innovative, efficient, and impactful.
When she’s not making moves for Uplift, you’ll find Mia pouring into her son, Mason, whipping up new recipes in the kitchen, traveling, or dreaming up her next big idea.
