CLASS POLICY
Due to the digital and on-demand nature of our services, all sales are final. No refunds, credits, or extensions will be issued for unused classes, programs, memberships, or subscriptions.
To protect the programming and content of Uplift by Lindsey Harrod, all class purchases are subject to expiration unless otherwise stated.
30-Day Unlimited Passes & Class Packs
Must be used within 30 days of purchase. Any unused classes after this period are forfeited.
One-Time Challenges
Accessible only during the official challenge period plus three (3) additional days. Access expires automatically thereafter.
One-Time Drop-In Classes
Accessible for 72 hours from the time of purchase unless otherwise noted in the class description. Access expires automatically.
No exceptions will be made for lack of use, forgotten access, scheduling conflicts, or failure to engage with the platform.

TRIAL PERIOD POLICY
Uplift offers trial periods and introductory promotions to allow new clients to experience the platform.
Limited to one trial or introductory offer per person and household, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Creating multiple accounts, using false information, or attempting to bypass offer restrictions may result in account suspension or termination without notice.
Promotional pricing, free trials, and introductory offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
Uplift reserves the right to determine eligibility and revoke any offer if misuse is suspected.
Clients found misusing trials or promotions may be required to pay the full subscription rate, and failure to comply may result in further account action.
SUBSCRIPTION POLICY
All Uplift subscriptions are self-managed.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the full subscription rate at the end of any trial or promotional period unless canceled prior to renewal.
It is the sole responsibility of the client to cancel their subscription if they no longer wish to continue, regardless of usage or login activity.
Unused subscriptions, lack of platform access, forgotten cancellations, or charges incurred due to failure to cancel do not qualify for refunds or credits.
All subscription payments for virtual services are final sale.

MERCH EXCHANGE POLICY
For sanitary reasons, all fitness equipment (including gliders, fabric or latex bands, bags, and similar items) and all hats are final sale.
Apparel items (including sweatshirts, shirts, and pants) are eligible for exchange within 14 days of purchase. To qualify, items must be:
- Unused and unworn
- Free of makeup, deodorant, or any visible marks from trying on
- Returned with all original tags attached
To initiate an exchange for a different size, please email info@upliftbylindseyharrod.com. A return label will be provided once your request is approved.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs. A flat $5 return-shipping fee will be deducted from your store credit. After your return is processed, you’ll receive an email with your available store credit so you can place your new size or replacement order.
STORY SALE POLICY
Please note all story sale items are considered FINAL SALE
