How do I access class?
You can access all live classes here

What's your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your membership at any time but your All Access Athlete membership would need to be canceled prior to your billing date.
To cancel your membership, please go to your account profile here, click on the profile picture > purchases > click the 3 dots on all access and select cancel. From there you will receive a notification confirming the cancellation.
How do I access my account?
You can access your account right here . You'll be able to see your classes, manage your membership, refer friend, and more!
Does lindsey offer private training?
Lindsey does not offer private training but you can access her on demand library here. Stay connected online on her social media channels.
What is your refund policy?
Due to the nature of the products/services offered, all sales are final.

Does Uplift offer nutrition?
Yes, we do! With our All Access Athlete membership you get full access to our nutrition guide. Check it out here

How do I collab with lindsey?

How do I update my credit card ?
You can easily update your credit card by logging into your account here & then clicking on your profile image > purchases > select the 3 dots next to your membership > modify.
From there the credit card section will appear for you to input your new details.
For additional assistance you can email our customer support team to further assist here.
Do you offer intro classes?
Yes! First class is on us babe, all you have to do is sign up for text/email to get access to your first class and you're in! Sign up here.

What's the all access athlete membership?
The ALL ACCESS ATHLETE MEMBERSHIP is our exclusive membership that gives you access to ALL livestream, on demand, challenges, nutrition, and mindfulness. You also get 20% off our threads & gear shop + first dibs on our live events.
This recurring monthly membership is billed once a month on the date you sign up. There is no minimum monthly requirement and can be canceled at any time.

What are class packs?
We offer 5 and 10 class pack options and do not expire.
Do you have drop in classes?
Yes, you can purchase your drop in class here.
ON Demand drop in are $10, LIVE drop ins are $15.
You will have access for 72 hours upon receipt.
What's in the on demand library?
The on demand library is filled with hundreds of workouts.

How often can I expect new workouts?
Generally, new workouts are released weekly. In addition to live workouts you can always access our on demand library.

How do I cancel my membership?
To cancel or pause your membership, please log into your account here.
From there, you'll select account > settings > cancel membership
About
How long is each workout?
Generally the workouts range from 45 minutes to 1 hour. You can find the timeframe on each video.
In addition to the workout, Lindsey offers mobility prior to all her workouts and stretching post workout which is highly recommended to get the most your training.
Do I need equipment?
Most classes require equipment and are specified under the class description and in your reminders.
You’ll need dumbbells for most classes, sometimes a chair or bench and booty band if you have it!.
Modifications are always given if you do not have equipment readily available.
We also suggest investing in compact equipment sometimes used- resistance bands and gliders- it's a great alternative when traveling or an extra challenge if you want to add it on.
Do you offer any bodyweight classes?
Yes, you can access bodyweight classes here listed under HIIT or Slow Sculpt!

Challenges
What are the challenges and how are they different from regular programing?
Uplift hosts 4 challenges a year with different focuses.
They’re intended to give you that push needed to break through plateaus + challenge your mind & body. While we follow similar formats, challenges are typically harder than our day to day programming as it’s not sustainable to go ‘hard’ year round so we use this opportunity to ‘challenge’ ourselves.

I'm an All Access Member, do I get access to the challenge?
Yes, as an all access member you'll have FULL access to this challenge. Click the challenge link and it’ll automatically be placed in your account dashboard.

When are classes?
The class schedule will be posted every Sunday evening.
Classes generally take place Monday through Friday at 8AM PST and Saturdays at 9AM PST.
Can't make it, no worries! All the live classes are recorded and you'll be able to access the class on demand about an hour post class here
How do I access class?
2 ways to access class. Join me live or on demand. Live options are posted to my weekly schedule.
Can’t make it check out the on demand library - classes are uploaded within an hour of the live class ending.
What if I can’t make the live class?
No worries babe! I created this platform to cater to everyone’s schedule! Join in when you can via on demand. You’ll find the most recent class uploaded to the top category labeled “RECENT”.
When is the new schedule released?
New schedule is posted every Sunday evening! Sign up for emails to get notified when it goes live.
What if I don't finish the challenge with you?
Not to worry! You have access 5 days post challenge if you purchased it a la carte. If you're an all access member you get access year round!
How much is the challenge a la carte?
Each challenge varies based on the duration. Most of our challenges are $150.
What equipment do I need?
You'll need at least a set of light, med, heavy weights, booty bands (check out our peach pack) + a yoga mat. Bench is optional & Coach Lindsey always provides modifications.
I choose a la carte but changed my mind and want to upgrade to All Access
Great Idea! If you've realized during the challenge you'd rather upgrade to all access you can do so by emailing Info@lindseyharrod.com. Our team will take care of the upgrade and apply the difference (if there is one) to your account to use as a credit for the next month. Please note due to the nature of our services, all sales are final so we can not provide a refund for the difference (only a credit to your LHF account).
Do I have to be an all access member?
Nope! You can buy the challenge a la carte for $150 BUT I encourage you to join in as a member! You’ll get way more value and save $35.
Merch
What is your merch return policy?
For sanitary reasons, all fitness equipment (gliders, fabric/latex bands, bags, etc) and hats are considered final sale.
Apparel items (sweatshirts, shirts, pants) can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase. All items must be unused, unworn, not have any visible makeup/deodorant marks from trying on etc with all tags attached for the exchange to be honored.
To process an exchange for a different size, please email info@upliftbylindseyharrod.com to be assigned a RA#.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs.
How does sizing work on hats?
All hats are adjustable in size.
